There are two main options for BlackBox community:

1. Use free (or paid) project hosting facilities. This option give us limited set of common used features like VCS, forum, bug-tracking and possibility to focus on team coordination and development of BlackBox. You can choose one of them in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_open-source_software_hosting_facilities

2. Manage full stack of software of our choice on own hosting (buy if need). This option give us full control. Yet it costs money and requires knowledge and time in maintaining hosting (system administration). Combine - CPC Collection, Oberon Community Redmine, OberonCore etc all together - in one domain. But this requires a lot of coordination work from us.

        Robert,
no, Bugzilla is surely not the answer for all and everything.

If we want to be a real OpenSource community, we need more. We need a website based platform including forums/mailinglists for BB projects, bugzilla for bugs and new proposals, a download area, manuals and eBooks, beginner's guides and so on. So, bugzilla is a step, but not the whole thing.

And while the BB community is a subset of the Oberon community and needs good ties to it, we need to be an OpenSource community on our own, too, or BB will be history.

        Rene:

I did not intend to use the word 'Forum' in a narrow technical sense.

If we all agree that Bugzilla is the best bug tracking medium, AND is
significantly better than we have today, lets go for it.
Bugzilla is probably the kind of support infra-structure I had in mind when I
        wrote "structured forum".

I don't know anything about Bugzilla. My guess would be that even if it forms
part of a BlackBox list replacement, it would not be the complete answer?

        Oleg:

A question for the community: Do we want a BlackBox specific forum, or to be
part of a wider Oberon forum?

I think we want a BlackBox specific forum.

        Regards
