It would be interesting to know precisely what formats are being used in the observations you report below. By experimenting with Paste Special you can probably work out which format Paste is using in each case. When you report below that 'mixed content' does not work is Word importing the 'Rich Text (RTF)' format? I am just pasting (Ctrl-v) from the system clipboard into Word. I copied from BB (Ctrl-c) the selected contents of my BB document. My guess is that is where the restriction lies. Strictly speaking none of the clipboard formats are the BlackBox file format. Yes, that is certainly true! But I am amazed that the formatting control (BB Ruler) is correctly passed into Word and displayed correctly. Also, I am amazed that I can copy bitmaps from BB into Word. I am also amazed that I can copy MathType equations from BB into Word. The only thing I can not do is copy sequences of these constructs from BB into Word. I will have to bite the bullet and look at the rtf converter and see what it would take to extend it to handle (at least) bitmaps and MathType equations.
