Further to my note yesterday about trying to access the sorted option on a list box, and notes to me from Reinhard Burger and Robert Campbell (many thanks!), I have reflected on this a little more. Facilitating access to the sorted option is, I now realize, not very useful. This is because the sorted option presents a sorted list, but the numbering of each item remains the same (as far as I can tell). This provides added complication if the list is dynamic (rather than loaded from a resource file). I am therefore working on a notifier, for both list and selection boxes, that will actually sort and reorder a dynamic list - I will post it, if and when I am successful.
