In the last issue of the Oberon Tribune was an article about
a tool called Outliner (kind of literate programming tool)
for Oberon/F:

by Mayson G. Lancaster. He seems to have vanished from the
web at all, his email address and ftp site are defunct.
Does somebody either have his email/ftp address or did
someone download a copy at that time and could make it
available to me ?
