----boundary-LibPST-iamunique-1876268425_-_- Content-type: text/plain I still am not sure I understand the following sentence: "We are ready to be part of the "center" which will limited by our resources." I can think of the following ways to understand this: 1) If the "center" is technically limited to the OberonCore website and what is hosted thereon, then OberonCore is ready to be part of the "center". If the "center" f.i. decides to use an eMail-List or an other forum for global discussion/decision instead of the OberonCore forum, then OberonCore does not want to be part of the "center". 2) OberonCore is ready to support the "center" with its ressources, but will not be willing/able to bring in more than that. For me, #1 sounds like "Call it whatever you want, but either the center is a subgroup of OberonCore and/or user of OberonCore services, or we will not support it". I'm asking, because I do not want to misunderstand/misinterprete you. Rene Gesendet: Freitag, 23. August 2013 um 10:50 Uhr Von: OberonCore Thus, I am asking why you are doing what you are doing. I would like to know. We are work upon "Oberon theme" under scientific and non profit direction. And we try to adhere to the principles of its founder, Niklaus Wirth. For example, "I had made it a principle to have a language implemented and tested before publication." (http://oberoncore.ru/library/wirth_modula-2_and_oberon). Thus we are trying to publish results of completed work but not the work process itself. Dear Community, we hope what we said enough words to clearly express our position. And with your favour we want to apply for another principle which is like mentioned above: "Having learned quite clearly from the ancients, that to be is not to think, what then is to be? Do more, and do not just talk." When we have the results worthy to present, we hope that you will see them. P.S. Our plans to work on OberonCore assembly and the place to submit your comments and suggestions about it (http://forum.oberoncore.ru/viewforum.php?f=116) as well as our contacts to discuss any questions (http://oberoncore.ru/contacts) are unchanged. 1) We are ready to be part of the "center" which will limited by our resources. So the whole depends on that you are decide about the "center".

2) There is disambiguate of understanding "OberonCore":
    a) the OberonCore team.
    b) the part of Oberon Community which uses services of "OberonCore".

So, does that mean that you are not interested to be part of the "center", but only to *be* the center?

So far, two who affiliate with OberonCore, have added their names to be part of the "center". Are they on their own in this?

Or do I misunderstand something here?
