We are work upon "Oberon theme" under scientific and non profit direction. And we try to adhere to the principles of its founder, Niklaus
Wirth. For example, "I had made it a principle to have a language implemented and tested before publication."

itself.
I don't think this way of development is good for free software projects.
People use GNU/Linux systems because they follow "often changes, often releases" scheme. Because they follow collaborative development scheme.
Put the project to github, write about it in mailing list, and see how people make pull requests. I believe in community work.
