Dear all,

In my opinion, if there are constants as simple values
(and nobody is surprised from where they undertake and
how is initialized) in a language, there must be possibility
to define the arrays of constants from the simple values.

Language Oberon was scientific and research project, and
Component Pascal is industrial solution. If Marc Frei &
Oberon microsystems crew considered that constant arrays
are superfluous, we must search a way to express the programs
by accessible facilities of language. And to work out
the problems now, instead of tomorrow.

I have questions to Mark Frei.
Can we remove limitation on an amount of 254 bytes of
[code] procedure? What of principle reasons of such limitation?
What if procedure in the machine code of greater size may need?

Oleg N. Cher,
Colossoft Research.
