maybe I am a little bit late, but there is a german online
bookstore which does international deliveries for all you
out there who do not have an idea of german I'll give you
some instructions to arrive at the secure english order

You'll find a serach entry field at top of this page, it is
labeled "Schnellsuche:", which means Quick Search
Type in: Warford and you'll get a result list with Stan's book
Computing Fundamentals at top of the list.
Then Click the shopping cart icon.
In your cart you'll find a link "international orders" with the
remark "in english language - Secure-HTTP" from there on
