action.Do

Folks,

I just noticed that in the DEFINITION for Services
the abstract procedure DO is missing from Action!

It exists in the documentation but it does not appear
when one displays the interface by Control-D on Services.
The compiler certainly knows about Do.

This is for 1.4Beta. What's changed?
