(unknown charset) Component Pascal error messages

Hello,

We have translated Component Pascal error messages into Lithuanian.
However, the letters with diacritics are not shown correctly with expanded error
markers (which appear directly in the module text after compiling the module
containing errors). The letters are shown in Western font instead of Baltic.

Does anyone know how to correct this problem?
