Depot/4 for BlackBox

I've put up the BlackBox port of the current version of Depot/4 on my home
page.

IMHO it needs improvements in the following areas:

o user interface
o the way default input/output paths are handled
o introductory examples/tutorial

but it is functional. Bootstrapping of its own ML4 source works.

Feedback is (very) welcome, but please do not ask me about ML4 (I'm still
a beginner with compiler generation and such stuff).
