I am not quite sure what you are asking for.
Module CtlsFigures can deposit a 'Ballon', which is just a rectangle with
rounded corners, into any Container. It is usually put onto a Form, but can be put
into a Text, or any other Container - (Forms & Texts are the most common Containers).
Do you want to be able to do the same with a Bitmap (*.bmp file) read from disc?
This capability is already part of the standard BlackBox distribution from Oms. Use the Menu
item File->Open, and select file type "Bitmap (*.bmp)".
I have written a more complicated version (CasketKeeper, on the Cpc website
http://www.zinnamturm.eu/downloadsAC.htm#Casket)
which can read more types of Bitmap (*.gif, *.jpg, *.png, etc) by using FreeImage and SubSystem Free.
Also, if you put many Bitmaps into a Document it can be quite large, so Casket Bitmaps also support compression when they are written
to disc as part of a BlackBox Document (by using SubSystem Pac).
