[BLACKBOX] GetExtSpec

Hello BlackBox commmunity,
 
    I have recently become puzzled by the arguments of Dialog.GetExtSpec, inparticular
the VAR argument loc. Why is this a VAR argument? When I use Dialog.GetExtSpec
the loc argument gets set but its value on input seems to be ignored.
