[BLACKBOX] Web Access via Blackbox both client and server

I want to build an application that POSTs information to a remote web site.

I may also want to provide a web server under blackbox. Not exactly a
proxy, but a front end with additional duties.

I am using the Dbu subsystem, and it would work fine for my purposes.
Is anything else out there?
