I had a similar problem, and it was solved with the following advise I got from Marc:
"certain operating systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Vista, etc.) do not accept an empty string or just a port number as valid values for localAdr. Use the values "0.0.0.0:0" or "0.0.0.0:<port number>" (e.g. "0.0.0.0:8010") instead.
This issue is documented at the end of Comm/Docu/TCP."

Hi,
can somebody help me on this one: when i try to run the O3obxWeb server (under
wine), it can never start, saying either 'Invalid local address' or 'Local
Address / Port / Sockect already in use'. Whatever the values i set in the
config file, the result is the same. What can i do?
