Dear Robert,

thank you for pointing out the differences between CONSTant arithmetic
and VARiable arithmetic.

My opinion about that topic:

- I agree it is not a topic of the Language Report. It is a question
about the implementations.

- I also expect that the CONSTant arithmetic behaves the same as the
VARiable arithmetic.

So my questions:

Does OM insert your changes into BB 1.6 ? Otherwise I would like to add
them to CPC.
