for your special OpenBrowser procedure, we propose the solution attached
below using the well documented modules Views, Containers, and StdApi. It
uses also the undocumented interface Windows to set the window title. If you
don't need to set the title it may be better to delete this part of the
procedure in order to minimize such dependencies.

I am writing some hypertext documentation for an application. I use
StdCmds.OpenBrowser in the hypertext links to open new documents. What I
would really like to do is bring the document to the front of the window
stack if it is already open instead of opening a second copy of it. Does
anyone know how to do this?
